I went there and ordered a large cookie with a design with a lot of frosting. The employee helped design it and I paid for the cookie to be picked up the next afternoon. The next morning, I was contacted by the owner and was told that I would have to pay more to get the cookie. I explained that I paid the agreed upon price for the product I ordered. He claimed I was trying to manipulate him. I agreed to pay more after he threatened to not make my order. Instead of accepting that his employee wasn't trained properly and then teaching his staff properly, he chose to make it the customers problem by threatening to not provide the product I ordered. Randy Lippert is the owner and is a piece of garbage. Do not trust this guy.
